What to expect

We strip and level the area, improve the soil, install or adjust irrigation and lay the lawn in rolls with the joints staggered. You water as instructed for three weeks and the lawn takes. Bare patches from shade, dogs or compaction are diagnosed before they are repaired, so the fix lasts.
